Mother's Day Room Design Competition - We Need Cards for our Moms! Kedo, Iomegadrive and I have been so busy around
the hotel that we completely forgot about Mother’s Day! If we don’t think of something quick, our moms are going
to kill us for showing up to brunch empty-handed. We need YOUR help Habbos…
There’s nothing that says “I love you, Mom” quite like a handmade card, so…we’re gonna
have you guys to make us some! We’re thinking screenshots of rooms custom-made for our mommies, complete with mushy-gushy,
heartfelt messages. We’ve re-released the Heart Stickies in the catalogue so that you’ll have something sugary
sweet to write the messages on.
Now, each of our moms is really different, so we’ll need a different vibe for each card. Here are some things you
should know when designing rooms for each of them:
Kedo’s Mom: Kedo’s mom is a neat-freak who likes to keep her home squeaky clean and organized. The room on
her card should be uncluttered and crisp with just a hint of color. Like her son, she is also very impressed by clever stacking
skills.
Iomegadrive’s Mom: Yep, you guessed it. Iomegadrive’s mom is a little bit crazy; a little bit rock ‘n’
roll. There’s really no rhyme or reason to anything she does, so the room on her card should be completely off the wall.
To sum up: the more random, the better.
My (Luna’s) Mom: Think of the most girly-girl room possible and that is where you’ll find my mom! Her idea
of the perfect day is shoe-shopping, grabbing an iced-latte and getting a manicure and pedicure with her pet poodle, Pinky.
Enough said.
We’ll be selecting one winning room design for each card (three winners total). The winning cards will have a design
that suits the staff mom it was designed for, as well as an OPEN Stickie displaying a Hallmark-inspired “Happy Mother’s
Day” message. Since you’ll be winning us major “mommy-points” we’ll reward you handsomely with
50 coins, 1-month of HC, a Habbo cat or dog (your choice!) and a shiny, yellow parasol (my favorite Rare of all).
To enter, you’ll have to design a Mother’s Day room(s), name it after whosever’s mom you designed it
for and put [MOM] in front of the name (ex. [MOM] Kedo’s Mom). Then take a screenshot of yourself and your friends in
the room and submit it to
competitions.us@sulake.com with the full name of your Mother's Day room in the subject line. You’ll also need to include your Habbo Name so that
we can make sure to give proper credit.
Feel free to make a room for all of our moms or only one of our moms, but please, please, PLEASE make us some Mother’s
Day rooms! How else is Kedo going to talk his mom out of his 9:00pm curfew?!
